Introduction: Due to its complex nature, identification, and treatment of both physical psychological risk factors is essential in patients with neck pain. Multidimensional pain assessment an prerequisite planning a multi-modal treatment. McGill Pain Questionnaire valid reliable tool that can assist multidimensional assessment. Hence, this study's objective was determine the clinimetric properties usability Hindi version pain.Methods: After securing permission from University Ethics board, cross-culturally adapted Long Form administered evaluate (validity reliability) fifty chronic pain.Results: Questionnaires demonstrated high levels internal consistency (Cronbach alpha range 0.76- 0.83) reliability (intraclass correlation coefficient 0.74-0.85) The LF-MPQ adequate construct concurrent validity when tested VAS (Pearson r- 0.80) NDI 0.79), respectively.Conclusion: reproducible
